Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2016!
One of my New Year's resolutions will be to keep my website updated more regularly! Yesterday I was transported back to sunny summer days, as I began presenting and packaging my latest product . In August I commissioned a photographer to photograph a few of Romsey's best loved landmarks and places of interest. These unique and exclusive images have now been mounted, using conservation grade materials, to fit in any 12" x 10" frame, at a price of £12.50.
I enjoy adding to my selection of prints and original paintings and if possible I always endeavour to present them in a size that will fit in an "off the shelf" frame available from big stores. These large retailers mass produce frames and sell them at a price that a small framer cannot compete with. Rather than fighting this fact, I try to accommodate it. I am often asked to cut a mount to enable a picture to fit a frame the customer already has, and this is certainly a cost effective way of having pictures framed. If however the customer wishes to have a top quality, fully guaranteed, locally made, professionally assembled and finished frame, made to a bespoke specification, then that is the service I can provide.
I have one more Friday at Romsey Market, before having two Fridays off over the Christmas period (back on 8th Jan). I wish all my customers a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!
